Our new project in Alexandria is underway!

The transformation of a terrace house into a modern courtyard home has begun.

Demolition is well underway at our newest project in Alexandria. Our site team have made significant progress, clearing the way for an addition that will provide our clients with a home that is warmer, greener, and more functional, giving greater opportunity for nature to be a part of the lives of all who live there.

Before construction began, the late 19th century workers’ cottage had been renovated to include an insufficiently tiny atrium and 2nd storey addition to the rear.

Post construction, the house will provide our clients with a more functional kitchen/living/dining space and a more usable backyard, along with a significant courtyard.

The new renovations will deliver an abundance of light and ventilation to the living areas and provide our clients with a back yard they will want to spend time in entertaining, dining and socialising.
