Alex Bonic
Site Foreman
Alex is a third-generation carpenter and Builder who came to us through a rare moment where all the stars aligned. He has a Bachelor of Construction management as well as a NSW Builders License and integrates seamlessly into any construction team.
Alex used to shred it in a punk rock band and almost made it big with their music played on Triple J, but decided to swap picks for pick ups.

Clinton Cole
Managing Director
Clinton is the founder and director of CplusC. He holds two degrees in Architecture and is a registered Architect, a licensed Builder and accredited Construction Supervisor. With over twenty years of experience in the architecture and building industry, the success of the CplusC brand can be attributed to Clinton’s unwavering dedication to producing premium quality, genuine sustainable architectural solutions.
Regularly invited to present his ideas to industry peers, academic panels and design publications, Clinton is a highly respected member of the profession, recognised for his contributions to both the architecture and construction industries.
Clinton says that secretly, he’s very funny, and only tells bad jokes as a cover.

Damien Arnup
Leading Hand
Damien has a fierce work ethic and is an absolute workhorse, bringing his sharp focus and commitment from his background immersed in a variety of industries including landscaping, hydroponics, permaculture and hospitality.
Damien says he can’t live without his snowboarding and skateboarding, and as a kid was obsessed with Indiana Jones so learnt how to use the bullwhip really well.

Edward Bates
Site Foreman
Ed came to CplusC after more than a decade of experience working as a builder in high-end residential construction teams across Sydney. Ed has shown strength in leading construction sites and has brought his knowledge from other operations to CplusC’s unique structure.
Ed has a both a Certificate III in Carpentry and Certificate IV in Building & Construction.
Ed says he’s an aspiring Revit master. In his spare time, he loves to carve it up on the waves or on the slopes.

Hayden Co'burn
Director / Senior Project Architect
Hayden has been with CplusC for over 6 years, developing the interface between architecture and construction. He is a registered architect working across all facets of the operation, from first contact and feasibility concepts, through to final certification.
Hayden also teaches as an associate lecturer at the University of New South Wales and was awarded the Byera Hadley Travelling Scholarship for research into ‘the architecture of mental health’ and impact of the built environment.
Hayden says he would be putting down beats if he couldn’t pick up a pen.

Jonathan Tang
Architectural Assistant
Jonathan is an architectural assistant at CplusC and is currently pursuing his Master of Architecture degree at the University of Sydney. He is passionate about the sustainable practice of architecture, with interests in socially and culturally sensitive designs. His past work was nominated by UNSW for the RIBA’s President Medal 2020 and featured on the digital architectural publication Dezeen.
A little known fact about Jonathan is that he’s really good at the Brazil track in the F1 video game, which makes sense as he’s also a motorsport enthusiast and a resident Hamilton fan.

Loretta Law
Director / General Manager
Lori comes to CplusC with more than 20 years of experience across almost all sectors of the Auto industry including several years living and working in Japan and China for Toyota. Her global and local expertise is valuable in addressing some of the greatest challenges facing the construction industry. Her operational and management skills shape the growth of the team and ensures project delivery with exceptional customer relations.
Lori says she can’t live without Twisties, and would be an artist if she wasn't given the opportunity to use her creative mind in business.

Lucia Alonso Sanchez
Leading Hand
Lucia studied Architecture at the Universidad Francisco de Vitoria in Spain before making her way over to Australia in 2016, pursuing an interest in the complete process of building, appreciating the beauty of design and the fulfilment of purpose in construction. Having worked in regional areas as a graduate architect, Lucia has developed a wealth of experience in client, contractor and builder relationships.
For more than two years Lucia has been helping others building their own tiny houses and additions, having started the journey on her own home. She dreams one day to become an Architect and Builder, and really appreciates good quality, affordable design.
Lucia wishes she had more spare time, but still manages to juggle painting, volleyball, and building her home (she just finished tiling her Study) - all whilst learning how to get her composting system for the garden just right!

Matilde Hermann
Architectural Project Manager
After completing her Master of Architecture at Belgrano University in Buenos Aires, Matilde expanded her knowledge at IUAV University in Venice, Italy, achieving a dual degree.
In Argentina, Mati developed her skills for six years in diverse architectural studios before relocating to Sydney. Following a year of local industrial experience, she found her niche at CplusC in 2022.
At CplusC, Matilde has been working on different levels of alterations and additions documentation.
Matilde says she loves drinking ‘mate’ to connect with her Argentinian community, and enjoys knitting macrame in her spare time.

Nathan Krstevski
Director / Site Foreman
As a traditionally trained apprentice pathway tradesman Nathan has broad experience across all levels of the industry from labouring to HVAC systems installation across both residential and commercial sectors while specialising in carpentry. With a Certificate III in Carpentry Nathan has a talent for problem solving. Nathan is a future leader in CplusC’s construction teams.
Nathan says his first dream was to be a racecar driver and Plan B was to become a builder.

Tallon Creber
Project Manager
Tallon is honing his skills in building and ties all the construction sites together. He brings his background as a Master of Architecture from the University of Technology Sydney attained in 2020. Prior to CplusC Tallon was an assistant surveyor, and has been involved in construction projects in Cambodia and New Zealand.
Tallon is a bit of a geography nerd and uses it to do well at trivia nights… occasionally.

Thomas Glassock-Warren
Skilled Labourer
From a young age Tom helped his father on their small farm in Ingleburn repairing fences, restoring old barns and managing the land. This early experience led to his first job as a handyman at 15 years old and onwards to becoming a sheet metal fabricator, transferring into construction labouring when beginning his architecture undergraduate degree. As a skilled labourer Tom has worked on various high end residential projects.
Tom says that he would consider swapping his tools for cutlery as a food critic because being paid to eat good food sounds pretty good to him.

Tiffany Henning
Architectural Assistant (UNSW Scholarship Recipient 2024)
Tiffany is in her third year of the Bachelor of Architectural Studies at the University of New South Wales, having previously started her journey at the Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Sul (UFRGS). Her interests in architecture stem from a passion in materiality and craft of assembly, noting an admiration for the works of Paulo Mendes da Rocha and Peter Zumthor.
Photography, hiking and a good read would make Tiffanys perfect day - especially if the book is from author Hermann Hesse.

Will Gardner
Project Architect
While completing his Master of Architecture at the University of Western Australia, Will spent time studying overseas in Spain and Sweden before returning home to gain experience working on construction sites in his hometown of Perth. Since graduating he has focused his career on the design and delivery of multiple residential projects including alterations & additions, subdivisions, and new builds across WA and NSW. Will became a registered Architect at the end of 2023, reflecting his commitment to architecture and his proficiency to carry projects from early stages all the way through to completion.
Will says his secret skill is his ability to chop ingredients really fine when in the kitchen.
