Boom Sends Costs Through The Roof
Click through for an article published by the NSW Architects Registration Board regarding construction costs over the last 12 months. Construction costs have risen 20% over the past 12 months and doesn’t appear to be slowing down. While architects are not costing professionals, they do have a duty to provide clients with costing advice. More advice about working with architects can be found here

A big congratulations to Emmy, Mat and Mel for completing the Architectural Practice Examination held by the NSWARB twice a year, we now have a three additional registered architects in the team! Emmy is managing our project under construction in the lower Blue Mountains while Mel is delivering our Gladesville project which is also under construction. Mat is an all-round design guru and is looking forward to construction commencing on our Newtown project. We are proud to have supported them through this process and look forward to supporting their continuing efforts.
We'd also like to congratulate Tiana who won a UNSW Nura Gili Built Environment Spirit Award earlier this month, congratulations Tiana.
