New Projects & Current Progress

Despite the setbacks of transitioning to a work-from-home model and the disruptions of the last few months, our team has been working hard to be able to start a new build on-site later this year. We're excited to have the construction contract signed for our Palm Beach project! Our project team has been putting a lot of time into the construction documentation and our Building Information Model (BIM), ensuring everything fits together and anticipating (and preemptively resolving) any potential disruptions for our site team.
The stunning site features views right out to the water, with the site's massive trees and boulders integrated as key parts of the design.
This render from the Design Development stage of the project helped communicate to our clients the vision we had for their project.

A lighting concept plan, a key part of our construction documentation that makes sure our clients expectations and requirements are met.
Our site team continues to power away at our ZZ Top House, moving into the final stages as we prepare to handover the project to the clients later this year. As the internal fitout progresses, external works have also begun including the custom-fabricated entry gate, external stairs and the 10kW solar panel system finishes installation.
