After settling into their new home, our lovely clients from our Oye Mi Canto House spoiled us with a little celebration surprise, which was thoroughly enjoyed by the project team; Project Manager Christina Cheng, Architectural Assistant Hamish Bresnahan and Project Architect Clinton Cole!

New Projects & Current Progress
|
|
Despite the setbacks of transitioning to a work-from-home model and the disruptions of the last few months, our team has been working hard to be able to start a new build on-site later this year. We're excited to have the construction contract signed for our Palm Beach project! Our project team has been putting a lot of time into the construction documentation and our Building Information Model (BIM), ensuring everything fits together and anticipating (and preemptively resolving) any potential disruptions for our site team.

The stunning site features views right out to the water, with the site's massive trees and boulders integrated as key parts of the design.

Our site team continues to power away at our ZZ Top House, moving into the final stages as we prepare to handover the project to the clients later this year. As the internal fitout progresses, external works have also begun including the custom-fabricated entry gate, external stairs and the 10kW solar panel system finishes installation.
