Following the COVID-19 regulations and policies implemented over the last month, we are happy to announce that we have been able to transition smoothly in the office to a work-from-home model, as well as taking all precautionary measures on-site to maintain a safe workplace without any major impacts to our operation.
As Welcome to the Jungle House celebrates nomination for several awards and delivery of the first batch of custom architecturally inspired ceramic home-wares from Grain Ceramic Studio, ZZ-Top House continues to power ahead on-site and some of our projects have been featured in both local and international publications recently. Welcome to the Jungle House
Welcome to the Jungle House had a great Autumn harvest recently, with a bunch of home-grown veggies including cucumber, spinach, chives, lettuce and bok choy ready to be eaten by our Director Clinton and his family.
Collaborating with Grain Ceramic Studio, the first batch of architectural inspired Welcome to the Jungle House ceramic tableware has been finished, and we couldn't be more happy with the result. Using some notable architectural motifs appearing throughout the home, the ceramics are both functional and beautiful, matching the home's character perfectly. Thanks Tim and Yuking!
COVID-19 and Safety Precautions
Safety is our top priority for both on-site and in the office, and we've upped the ante on our already rigorous safety protocols for both. We're providing employees with hand sanitiser (and recipes for home-made when not available!), working as a team to ensure we all stay healthy of mind and body, and are carefully working with subcontractors on site with social distancing and health guidelines in place.
Despite new safety protocols and procedures due to COVID-19, construction on our ZZ-Top house in McMahon's Point is moving along without delay, with the roofing installed, and doors and windows being installed now. Check out some of the great on-site photos below of the light and shadow play, and other details being expertly crafted by our team.
