On the drawing board
We are looking forward to progressing this Sketch Design in Seaforth to a planning application over the next few months. The design features a Tea Room, 3.5m high ceilings throughout and the site is afforded views of Middle Harbour. 

Due to rising construction costs and the bespoke nature of the work we do, we regularly recommend to clients that designs are reviewed by QS specialists to ensure they meet budgetary requirements. 

Follow up from Berlin 
After last year's visit to Berlin for the nomination of 'Living Screen House' in the 2017 WAF Awards, Project Architect Ryan has put together a travel blog full of photographs from the trip.

We look forward to preparing a submission for the 2018 WAF Awards, to be held in Amsterdam.

Changes to the EP&A ACT 1979

On site
Our BALFZ project, the Blaxland Residence, is nearing the lock-up milestone with the installation of Inex cladding.
 
Demolition is complete at our latest project Strawberry House. The ground works are now underway with structural foundations being poured. Site Manager, Tim is enjoying being back in the mud!

Around the office
CplusC would like to welcome five new members to the team! In the office Hamish Bresnahan and Hayden Co'burn join us full-time and Anastasia Uricher joins us one day a week while completing her under-graduate studies in Architecture. While our team on the tools are welcomed with hardworking Michael Wright and Norman Peter.
