A holiday home in Sydney Northern Beaches for a repeat client, due to commence construction in early 2020.   What we've been up to... After a complex 18 month build combining and restoring two terraces while integrating a massive solar and battery system into a modern living space and home workshop, our Strawberry House is complete!  We look forward to sharing the professional photographs in our next edition. After Demolition Handover Day Some of our team celebrating with our amazing clients on Handover day....cheers to that! Concept meeting with our Director and Client for an upcoming project in Manly Totoro House in Russel Lea is 100% completed! The garden is in and we cant wait to see it take hold over the next 12 months.   Awards Welcome to the Jungle House is the winner of the 2019 MBA Design & Construct Excellence in Housing Awards!   More on site... Our Oye House in Newtown is coming to life! Our incredible clients have engaged an artist to create a single artwork spanning their living and dining wall which will be 2.9M high x 8M long! Z House in McMahons Point is underway. This is a major alteration and addition which fully merges the spatial definition of the old and the new rather than clearly defining where one starts and the other ends (as is typically the approach). The 5M high dining space and glass zig-zag wall will be incredibly exciting spaces.   In other news Welcome to the Jungle House is shortlisted for WAF prizes! "Five Australian projects have been shortlisted in the 2019 World Architecture Awards special prizes. The prizes for small projects, best use of certified timber, best use of natural light, use of colour, engineering, and the Amsterdam Prize will be awarded alongside the 33 main award categories" Use of Colour - Welcome to the Jungle House Welcome to the Jungle House won The Edition 3 residential 2019 Corian Design Awards!! The finalists in the Clean Energy Council’s 2019 Solar Design and Installation Awards have been announced, with Welcome to the Jungle House under the category 30kW  Peas in a Pod house is featured on Dwell as one of their Top 5 Homes of the Week!  2004 CplusC project now on Airbnb!
