Regularly invited to present his ideas to industry peers, academic panels and design publications, Clinton is a highly respected member of the profession, recognised for his contributions to both the architecture and construction industries.

Eric Maccagnoni

Project Manager

Eric is a Senior Project Manager who has worked in a wide variety of projects in Australia and internationally. He holds degrees in Architecture and Construction Management and has over twenty years of experience in different sectors of the building industry. He is committed in making construction more efficient and sustainable, and his research has been published in building magazines in Australia, New Zealand and Europe. Eric is also interested in clean energy generation and he continuously works developing technologies aimed to reduce humanity’s footprint on the planet.

Ryan Ng

Ryan Ng

Design Manager & Project Architect

Ryan has extensive experience in the design, documentation and administration of a diverse range of residential projects. He has successfully managed some of the key projects in CplusC including the Living Screen House. Before joining CplusC, he worked with an award-winning firm in Launceston. His strengths are hand sketching, developing planning strategies, and the co-ordination of highly detailed documentation packages. Ryan graduated from the University of Tasmania with a Master of Architecture, is a registered Architect with the NSW Architects Registration Board, and speaks Mandarin, Cantonese and Malay.

Carmen is a registered Architect with over a decade of experience in boutique residential architecture practices including projects she has delivered solo. As one our team’s most senior Project Architects Carmen is involved in some of our most complex projects.

Matt Eagle

Project Architect

Matt has gained a variety of professional experience working for award-winning residential and commercial firms in Melbourne. He has also spent time working on site for an architectural builder to gain a better understanding of construction approaches and materiality. Matt graduated from the University of Melbourne with a Master of Architecture and is a registered Architect with the NSW Architects Registration Board.

Hayden Co’burn

Hayden Co’burn

Architectural Project Manager

Hayden completed his Master of Architecture at the University of New South Wales, specialising in the Social Agency stream where he has been involved in community consultation as a tool to deliver the best architectural response for projects. Hayden also lectures at UNSW in Architectural Communication, teaching the most effective methods for collaboration between clients, consultants and building professionals. He is also a recipient of the Byera Hadley Travelling Scholarship which will enable him to further research architecture and it’s impact on mental health.

Hamish is currently studying his Master of Architecture at the University of Sydney. Interested in sustainable design and construction methods, Hamish joined CplusC straight after finishing his undergraduate studies and spent 18 months working full time across a range of projects, before returning to study his Masters. Now working part time at CplusC alongside his studies, he is interested in researching and adopting emerging sustainable technologies and softwares to the CplusC process, including life-cycle assessment and thermal performance analysis.

Jonathan Tang

Freshly graduated from his Bachelor of Architectural Studies at the University of New South Wales, Jonathan is interested in the future of sustainable development in architecture. His undergraduate final studio project has been nominated by UNSW for the RIBA’s President Medal 2020 as well featured on the digital architectural publication Dezeen. Now starting his Master of Architecture at UNSW, he aims to continue fortifying his skills and knowledge in architecture through part-time university studies and hands-on working experience at CplusC.

Damien Abicic

Damien graduated with a Master of Architecture and Bachelor of Architecture-Arts from the University of Technology Sydney and holds an Advanced Diploma of Interior Design from Sydney Institute of Technology. He brings international experience to the CplusC team from his time working in London and in Milan. His local Sydney experience ranges from various high profile offices with more than 10 years extensive experience in the design, construction and site management of high end residential projects. He has wide-ranging knowledge in high end computational processes in design and construction and a strong interest in architectural theory and history.

Barry has over 15 of experience across high-end residential and commercial projects both large and small including leading large teams of trade workers as a Site Foreman. As our most experienced Carpenter Barry handles some of our most intricate and complex project tasks and project management.

Nathan Krstevski

As a traditionally trained apprentice pathway tradesman Nathan has broad experience across all levels of the industry from labouring to HVAC systems installation across both residential and commercial sectors while specialising in carpentry. With a Certificate III in Carpentry Nathan has a talent for problem solving. Nathan is a future leader in CplusC’s construction teams.
