Clinton is the founder and director of CplusC. He holds two degrees in Architecture and is a registered Architect, a licensed Builder and accredited Construction Supervisor. With over twenty years of experience in the architecture and building industry, the success of the CplusC brand can be attributed to Clinton’s unwavering dedication to producing premium quality, genuinely sustainable architectural solutions. Regularly invited to present his ideas to industry peers, academic panels and design publications, Clinton is a highly respected member of the profession, recognised for his contributions to both the architecture and construction industries.

Having worked with CplusC as a Project Architect for six years, Christina’s transition to the construction administration and project management of our projects has one of the most solid foundations of any project manager in the industry. Her first hand experience producing highly detailed documentation packages ensures that design intent and quality in detail execution are carefully balanced with every project’s time, scope and budget requirements, during both design and construction phases. Christina graduated from the University of Tasmania with a Master of Architecture, is a registered Architect with the NSW Architects Registration Board, and speaks Mandarin and Malay fluently.

Will Bradley

Will’s comprehensive knowledge of the construction industry ensures the precision and efficiency required to deliver finely crafted buildings is sustained throughout the duration of each build. With over 12 years’ site experience, he brings an abundance of construction and management skills. Before joining CplusC, Will worked on a number of high-end residential and commercial projects in Adelaide. His upbringing on a working sheep station in South Australia, instilled a strong work ethic and determination which characterises his work today. Will’s passion for both building and architecture is perfectly suited to the demanding role required of a CplusC Site Manager.

Ryan Ng

Design Manager & Project Architect

Ryan has extensive experience in the design, documentation and administration of a diverse range of residential projects. He has successfully managed some of the key projects in CplusC including the Living Screen House. Before joining CplusC, he worked with an award-winning firm in Launceston. His strengths are hand sketching, developing planning strategies, and the co-ordination of highly detailed documentation packages. Ryan graduated from the University of Tasmania with a Master of Architecture, is a registered Architect with the NSW Architects Registration Board, and speaks Mandarin, Cantonese and Malay.

Carmen is a registered Architect with over a decade of experience in boutique residential architecture practices including projects she has delivered solo. As one our teams most senior Project Architects Carmen is involved in some of our most complex projects.

Hayden Co’burn

Hayden Co’burn

Project Architect

Hayden completed his Master of Architecture at the University of New South Wales, specialising in the Social Agency stream where he has been involved in community consultation as a tool to deliver the best architectural response for projects. Hayden also lectures at UNSW in Architectural Communication, teaching the most effective methods for collaboration between clients, consultants and building professionals. He is also a recipient of the Byera Hadley Travelling Scholarship which will enable him to further research architecture and it’s impact on mental health.

Hamish graduated from The University of Sydney with a Bachelor of Architecture and Environments. Interested in sustainable design and construction methods, Hamish is keen to learn how these are applied in real-world projects before returning to university to study a Master of Architecture. Hamish is also interested in exploring how parametric design and fabrication methods can be integrated into projects

Site Foreman & Architectural Project Manager

Multi-talented Chris Parkhill has a Master of Architecture from the University of Newcastle. His background drafting and labouring coupled with his previous experience in a small architectural firm have given Chris a well-rounded understanding of the construction industry and building methods. Currently, Chris is enjoying working on site with CplusC and is working towards obtaining his Builder’s Licence.

After spending 10 years in the Australian Defence Force as a Combat Engineer and Draughtsman, Justin has joined CplusC as a Carpentry Apprentice. Justin has a diploma in Architectural Technology, vast experience within the Carpentry Industry and has attained proud achievements such as, being awarded The Afghanistan Medal and The Humanitarian Service Medal.

After gaining a Certificate 111 in Joinery (Cabinet Making) and working in the joinery industry for five years Wayd realised his real passion was in bespoke residential construction. Wayd is working under some of our most experienced Carpenters and Foreman gaining expertise in project management and technical trade skills.

As a traditionally trained apprentice pathway tradesmen Nathan has broad experience across all levels of the industry from labouring to HVAC systems installation across both residential and commercial sectors while specialising in carpentry. With a Certificate III in Carpentry Nathan and a talent for problem solving Nathan is a future leader in CplusC’s construction teams

Barry has over 15 of experience across high end residential and commercial projects both large and small including leading large teams of trade workers as a Site Foreman. As our most experienced Carpenter Barry handles some of our most intricate and complex project tasks and project management.

Sean holds a Certificate IV in Building and Construction, a Certificate III in Carpentry, a Bachelor of Landscape Architecture, a Diploma in Horticulture (Landscape Design & Construction) and a Diploma in Business (Real Estate). have worked in professional environments requiring a high level of organisational skills, systemisation and office procedures.

On the basis of his broad skillset and experience Sean has developed the ability to communicate effectively at all levels and is a flexible team member with a supportive hands on lead by example approach to his work. His design background provides a creative approach to problem solving.

From Environmental Analyst in Brazil to an Outdoor Carpentry and Landscaping Business owner in Australia, Marcelo has finally found his home with CplusC. Marcelo has a degree in Political Science and is currently undertaking a Certificate IV in Building and Construction. Bespoke architectural design and construction is about as complex as the building game gets and Marcelo is an absolute natural.

Norm has worked in almost every part of the construction and fabrication industry in his life. Director Clinton Cole had known Norm as a neighbour for many years before realising how good Norm’s skills were on site. He is literally a jack of all trades and as an inner city local he was a welcome addition to the CplusC team in 2017.
