With over twenty years of experience in the architecture and building industry, the success of the CplusC brand can be attributed to Clinton’s unwavering dedication to producing premium quality, genuinely sustainable architectural solutions. Regularly invited to present his ideas to industry peers, academic panels and design publications, Clinton is a highly respected member of the profession, recognised for his contributions to both the architecture and construction industries.

Hannelore is in charge of the seamless running of the practice and brings an unrivaled efficiency and productivity to the team. With a decade of service industry experience, Hannah knows how to deliver a premium professional service and is the backbone of constructive CplusC’s relationships with staff, clients and suppliers.

Will Bradley

Construction Manager

Will’s comprehensive knowledge of the construction industry ensures the precision and efficiency required to deliver finely crafted buildings is sustained throughout the duration of each build. With over 12 years’ site experience, he brings an abundance of construction and management skills. Before joining CplusC, Will worked on a number of high-end residential and commercial projects in Adelaide. His upbringing on a working sheep station in South Australia, instilled a strong work ethic and determination which characterises his work today. Will’s passion for both building and architecture is perfectly suited to the demanding role required of a CplusC Site Manager.

Ryan Ng

Ryan Ng

Architectural Project Manager

Ryan has considerable experience in the design, documentation and administration of a diverse range of residential projects. Before joining CplusC, he worked with award-winning firms in Launceston. His strengths are hand sketching, developing planning strategies, and the co-ordination of highly detailed documentation packages. Ryan graduated from the University of Tasmania with a Master of Architecture and speaks Mandarin, Cantonese and Malay.

Melinda Howard

Prior to graduating from Sydney University (BDesArch, MArch), Melinda worked for a high end residential firm in Sydney, following this she also spent time in commercial practice working on projects with a strong sense of place and social sustainability. She has an interest in delivering intelligent, detailed designs that are perceived by the way we experience them.

Emmy Seymour

Emmy completed her Masters of Architecture with Honours at The University of Melbourne and The Technische Universität, Munich. Emmy has more than three years of architectural experience working on a range of high end residential, heritage and retail projects. Having also studied Fine Art focused on drawing and art theory, Emmy is passionate about creating quality designs.

Architectural Project Manager

Hayden completed his Master of Architecture at the University of New South Wales, specialising in the Social Agency stream where he has been involved in community consultation as a tool to deliver the best architectural response for projects. Hayden also lectures at UNSW in Architectural Communication, teaching the most effective methods for collaboration between clients, consultants and building professionals. He is also a recipient of the Byera Hadley Travelling Scholarship which will enable him to further research architecture and it’s impact on mental health.

Tiana-Jane Furner

Tiana-Jane Furner

Architectural Assistant

Tiana-Jane joined CplusC as an Architectural Assistant in 2016 following graduation from a Bachelor or Architectural Studies at the University of New South Wales. Currently, she is completing a Master of Architecture also at the University of New South Wales.

In her time at CplusC Tiana-Jane has assisted on a number of projects from design through to construction, preparing detailed packages for client approval. She has innate awareness of client needs and this ties back to her interest in architecture and social agency. Tiana-Jane has made herself an invaluable member of the CplusC team, able to complete any task sent her direction.

Hamish Bresnahan

Hamish graduated from The University of Sydney with a Bachelor of Architecture and Environments. Interested in sustainable design and construction methods, Hamish is keen to learn how these are applied in real-world projects before returning to university to study a Master of Architecture. Hamish is also interested in exploring how parametric design and fabrication methods can be integrated into projects

Anastasia is currently in her second year at The University of Sydney undertaking a Bachelor of Architecture and Environments degree. She is interested in how both sustainability and architecture can shape society.

Matthew McCarthy

Matthew McCarthy

Site Manager

Matthew holds a Masters degree in architecture from the University of Melbourne in addition to a Certificate IV in Building & Construction and Certificate III in Carpentry. With both architectural and construction backgrounds and extensive experience working in both industries including Nationally recognised builders Braeden Constructions and AIA Award winning firm Graeme Barr Architects. Matthew relocated to Sydney to take on a site based role with CplusC with his sights set on running projects from inception to handover.

Tim Smith

Tim Smith

Site Manager

Tim is a Site Manager on several CplusC construction sites. Day to day, he supervises the delivery of high end residential architecture, including the coordination and management of other trades. Tim is particularly interested in sustainable construction methodologies, materials and systems. In addition to holding a Master of Architecture from the University of New South Wales, Tim also holds a Building & Construction Certificate IV which makes him an invaluable asset to the CplusC team.

Justin Glenn

Leading Hand

After spending 10 years in the Australian Defence Force as a Combat Engineer and Draughtsman, Justin has joined CplusC as a Carpentry Apprentice. Justin has a diploma in Architectural Technology, vast experience within the Carpentry Industry and has attained proud achievements such as, being awarded The Afghanistan Medal and The Humanitarian Service Medal.

Michael Wright

Michael Wright

Carpenter

Michael has a Certificate III in Carpentry and Certificate IV in Building and Construction. Before starting full time with CplusC he worked on projects ranging from large scale multi-million dollar new builds to renovations and fix outs both as a head contractor and as a sub-contractor. Michael has quickly progressed from a carpentry role to a sub-foreman. With ongoing in-house training in CplusC’s Building Information Modelling (BIM) software Michael will soon be running some of CplusC’s most complex projects.

Chris Parkhill

Skilled Labourer & Architectural Graduate

Multi-talented Chris Parkhill has a Master of Architecture from the University of Newcastle. His background drafting and labouring coupled with his previous experience in a small architectural firm have given Chris a well-rounded understanding of the construction industry and building methods. Currently, Chris is enjoying working on site with CplusC and is working towards obtaining his Builder’s Licence.

Jacob Derickx

Jacob Derickx relocated to Sydney from in 2014 and hasn’t looked back. Jacob is another student athlete on the CplusC team, combining labouring with carpentry / building studies at TAFE and active participation in the CplusC sponsored Sydney University AFL club’s NEAFL side.

Norm has worked in almost every part of the construction and fabrication industry in his life. Director Clinton Cole had known Norm as a neighbour for many years before realising how good Norm’s skills were on site. He is literally a jack of all trades and as an inner city local he was a welcome addition to the CplusC team in 2017.
