CplusC has been awarded four 2016 Master Builders Association Excellence in Housing awards, a new company record.

“To be recognised by your peers with an award for the quality of work you do is extremely humbling,” said Director Clinton Cole

The awards showcase the very best in residential construction and attract around 800 industry participants. Each year the Master Builders Association of NSW invites entries to the annual Excellence in Housing Awards. A judging panel comprised of industry experts then tours the short-listed projects to inspect the quality of the building for themselves.

During a visit, the judging panel is free to inspect the building and the builder is typically available to answer questions about the construction process and any unusual features of the project. The rigorous approach and high participation rates combine to give the MBA awards a high level of prestige in the construction sector, with the award winners announced at a formal black tie dinner.

The winning CplusC projects were:

Peas in a Pod, Winner Alterations and Additions $350,001 – $450,000

Sliding Doors, Winner Alterations and Additions $550,001 – $700,000 category and Winner of Best Use of Timber

Aquas Perma Solar Firma, Winner Alterations and Additions $900,001-$1M category

A number of CplusC staff who were who were closely involved with the winning projects in either an architectural or construction role attended the dinner. As the photos and video show, some of our team can clean up quite nicely once the steel caps and safety gear is packed away!
